The consultation includes a comprehensive interview and evaluation of the potential client's lifestyle and past exercise experience to understand the client and design a program tailored specifically for them.

Is online coaching available, and how does it work?Online coaching is available on a monthly basis. It starts with an initial consultation, which is free, followed by the design of a personalised program based on the client's individual preferences and availability. The program includes regular evaluations of progress, necessary periodization, and nutritional guidance, all managed through professional software.

How does Battleground Training cater to different fitness levels and ages?We cater to all age groups, designing the right program based on their age and fitness level. We have worked with clients as young as 14 and as old as those in their sixties, from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

Can you provide details on the equipment and facilities available at the studio?Our studio is equipped with a broad spectrum of equipment, including Olympic weight plates (up to 600kg), a power rack with extensions and pull-up bars, various types of barbells (straight olympic bar, axle bar, kadillac bar, ez bar, log, squat safety bar), loadable dumbbells, an assault airbike, a hyperextension machine, a top and bottom pulley with many attachment variations, landmine, gymnastic rings, a swiss ball, a dip station, a weighted vest, various benches and boxes, etc.

How flexible are the scheduling options for training sessions?We offer personal training sessions from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Scheduling can be based on fixed time slots agreed upon at the beginning, or there is an option for variable time slots, allowing clients to schedule sessions week by week if their schedules vary.
